curviness...

This diet is really frustrating me. For the past 2 weeks, I've been eating right and exercising my ass off, but I haven't really lost anything. I'm not doing anything unusual, and I've done this exact plan before, but it just doesn't seem to be doing the trick.

Anyway, I seriously don't want to lose my curves (my best assets). I just want to tone up (which is what I have been able to accomplish thus far) and lose a few pounds. And face it, I (and every other girl on this planet) am my own worst critic. I see all of the little imperfections and such that I'm told many of you men don't see. I drive myself crazy analyzing my body in the mirror. Ugh! Being a girl really blows sometimes... I've got to figure something out...

  1. You might have just hit a mental wall. Every now and then when i work out i stumble upon a wall, barrier.
